KAIKA | Sushi Restaurant in Nishi-Azabu, Tokyo

Edomae sushi, with French technique
KAIKA is located on the first basement floor of a building in Nishi-Azabu. We serve dishes centered on Edomae-style sushi, incorporating French techniques and sensibilities.
In each piece of nigiri and each dish served in between, we aim for flavors that honor tradition while leaving a new lingering impression.
8 minutes' walk from Nogizaka Station and 12 minutes' walk from Roppongi Station. We look forward to welcoming you to our 9 seats.
Course
We offer two omakase courses, built around seasonal ingredients, combining nigiri and dishes.
Craft
Drawing on the head chef's own sourcing routes, we also use seasonal products shipped directly from Hokkaido. Ingredients at their best each season are prepared as Edomae nigiri and a variety of dishes.
Space
Nine seats arranged around a white-wood counter, in a calm interior lit by a round light. The interior was designed by Yosuke Karasawa, a renowned designer who has received numerous awards.
